KATHY'S CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, blended with fork
3 c. Swansdown cake flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients in order given and beat well. Put in a greased and floured tube pan, and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on the oven. Test to be sure it is done. Cool, and remove from pan. The cake occasionally falls, but it is still delicious.
