PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE POUND
CAKE
 
1 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. cake flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon extract
Sifted powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Stir in flour, add flavorings. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
