GRANDMA'S PASTRY 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 c. water, chilled
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Cut Crisco into flour. Add other ingredients and lightly blend all together. Makes 2 (8 inch) pies and extra crust.
