TEXAS CAVIAR (PARTY) 
1 (15 oz.) can white corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 (15 oz.) can black eyed peas
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. hot sauce (I use Try Me Tiger sauce)

Mix all of the ingredients, cover with Saran or plastic wrap and let soak in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Serve with a slotted spoon to drain and with tortilla chips.

Note: Double the recipe for large groups!
