6 English muffins 1 stick butter 5 oz. (approx.) spreadable sharp cheese (Wispride) 1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix butter and cheese. Add crabmeat (drained) mayonnaise and garlic powder. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Meanwhile, cut muffins into halves then spread with cheese mixture. Cut halves into quarters and bake at 400 degrees until bubbly. Broil tops to brown and serve. May be made ahead and frozen, thaw before baking. |
