4 oz. sharp cheese spread
1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
6 English muffins, untoasted
Garlic salt to taste

Melt cheese and butter together. Remove from heat and add crabmeat and salt. Spread mixture on muffins. Heat in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut muffins in quarters. Makes 48. NOTE: These can be made and frozen. Do not bake before freezing.
