SPINACH BALLS 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (chicken)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c. softened butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion

Cook spinach and drain well. Combine all ingredients and form into small balls, the size of a walnut and freeze. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes at 350 degrees, just until balls are set. (Don't let them get brown.) May be reheated in microwave oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
