MARG'S CHEESE BALL 
16 oz. Cheddar cheese
4 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
4 oz. pkg. Blue cheese
4 tbsp. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. nuts finely chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 c. finely chopped nuts for top

Bring all the cheese to room temperature. Put the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix, then shape into a ball on waxed paper. Roll in the chopped nuts, wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. These freeze well and can be made ahead of time.
