PARTY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
4 oz. sharp Cheddar, shredded
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Finely snipped parsley
Crackers

Place cheese in small mixing bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened. Blend in onion and Worcestershire sauce on low speed. Beat at medium speed until fluffy, scraping bowl frequently. Cover; chill 3-4 hours.

Shape mixture in 1 large ball or 36 1-inch balls. Roll in parsley, place on serving tray, cover; chill 2 hours or until firm. Arrange crackers around ball. If using 1-inch balls, insert wooden pick.
