MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided into 2 (4 oz.)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 med. chopped onion
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground beef

Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard in small bowl. In large bowl, combine eggs, onion, cracker crumbs, beef, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 of tomato mixture and mix well. Place in 2-quart micro-safe dish, pour remaining tomato mixture on top of meat. Cook uncovered on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes. Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Serve. Total cooking time: 12 to 14 minutes (may vary).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
