BROILED CHICKEN WITH HERBS 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. marjoram

Combine. Lift skin of 3 broiling chicken and press butter underneath. Replace skin. 1/2 c. salad oil 1 clove garlic 1/3 c. soy sauce

Combine. Pour over chicken, refrigerate overnight. Broil, turning and basting often until done.
