CHEESECAKE DIP 
3 oz. light Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lowfat milk
2 c. Cool Whip lite
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese, sugar and milk until well blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla, store in refrigerator. Use to dip fresh fruit, cookies, cake cubes, pretzel sticks, etc. Makes 2 cups. Approximately 6 calories per teaspoon.
