1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls into a pie plate of powdered sugar. Roll in sugar until covered. Place on cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
