HAMBURGER BBQ 
3 lbs. hamburger
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
4 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. diced onions
3 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. horseradish

Fry hamburger until brown, add rest of ingredients and simmer for 2 hours on stove or put in roaster with loose lid in oven at low temperature for 3 hours. Add some rolled oats if the BBQ is too thin.
