ORANGE JUICE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 instant lemon pudding (small)
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Preheat oven at 325°F. Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes. Pour batter in greased pan and bake for 50 minutes at 325°F. Take cake out of oven and punch full of holes with spaghetti fork and pour the sauce over the cake with large spoon, making sure to cover cake evenly with sauce. (Use all the sauce.)

Sauce:

1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water

Heat in small pan. Heat over low flame until everything is melted together (do not boil). Pour evenly over whole cake. When serving, top with Cool Whip.
