SHRIMP & WILD RICE 
2 cans sm. mushrooms, drained
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
2 boxes wild rice, without seasoning, cooked according to directions
3 lbs. shrimp, peeled & deveined

Butter 9"x13" casserole. Mix all together and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
