ROAST BEEF 
Beef roast
Garlic powder
White pepper
Whole thyme
Whole rosemary
Bay leaf

Place beef in roasting pan, fat side up. Season with whole thyme and rosemary. Crush 4 to 6 bay leaves on top of meat. Cover with white pepper and garlic powder. Place water in the bottom of roaster to help meat stay moist. Roast at 325 degrees (or less, the lower the temperature, the better). Roast will be done at an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
