GARDEN CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 lbs. chicken parts 1 med. sliced potato 2/3 c. sliced carrots 1/2 c. cut green beans 2 env. Lipton Cream of Chicken Flavor or Cream of Mushroom Cup-a-Soup 2/3 c. water In medium skillet, heat oil and brown chicken; drain. Add vegetables and instant cream of chicken flavor soup mix blended with water. Simmer covered 45 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are tender. Makes about 2 servings. |
