CREAM CHEESE PASTRIES | |
1 c. butter, softened 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 c. jelly or filling Cream together - beat until fluffy. Chill overnight or 2 hours. Roll out on floured surface and cut into desired shape with cookie cutter. Put filling on cookie and slightly wrap dough over filling. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield - approximately 5 dozen. |
