FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipped cream

Wash and pick over 2 cups fresh cranberries, freeze them whole. Grind frozen berries. Add 3/4 cup sugar and 3 cups miniature marshmallows. Mix well; refrigerate overnight.

Next day, add 2 cups chopped apples, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup whipped cream. Mix well, then chill until time to serve.
