LUNCHEON PASTA SALAD 
8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or ham
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. commercial creamy blue cheese salad dressing
Lettuce leaves

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Combine macaroni and next 7 ingredients, tossing lightly. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves.
