1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. milk

Blend butter and sugar. Add egg and mix well. Combine and add dry ingredients. (Add sufficient flour to form cookie dough consistency.) Press into pie plate. Add blueberries, plums, peaches or apples. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with sugar.
