PEA PICKIN' CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix with butter
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs

ICING:

Large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. package vanilla instant pudding
1 med. size Cool Whip

Mix and bake in 2 to 3 layers at 375 degrees. Cool cake thoroughly.

Icing: Mix instant pudding with pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread between layers.
