1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

In a heavy saucepan, heat butter, sugar and milk; bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Cool Cut.
