CAPTAIN'S SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice or V-8
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery, no water added
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom, no water added
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Combine ingredients in large saucepan and simmer. SO easy and tastes so good on a cool Fall evening or a Winter afternoon. Serve with crackers, or corn bread.
