MACARONI AND CHESTNUTS CASSEROLE 
2 cans mushroom soup
8 oz. macaroni, cooked
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped

Mix together all ingredients in casserole dish. Sprinkle with crumbled Ritz cheese crackers. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
