JAMBALAYA 
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
1 can Rotel tomatoes and 3 cans water
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. bell pepper, diced
2 c. rice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

In large pot, brown sausage and remove brown chicken. Add sausage and all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed.
