COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. oil
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat together eggs, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just enough to combine ingredients. Spread dough evenly in a 9 inch square pan which has been greased and floured. Combine topping ingredients and crumble over the coffee cake dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
