STRAWBERRY BREAD 
Combine:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda

Add:

4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. fresh-frozen strawberries, crushed

Mix well. Pour into greased 1 pound bread pans (3 1/2 x 7 1/2) filling 1/2 full. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
