EASY CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
1/3 c. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Scant 3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling (or fruit of choice)

1 can pie filling is adequate for both sizes. Do not remove as much sauce for 9 inch.

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add heavy cream and vanilla. Beat until thick; place in 6 oz. prepared graham cracker or baked 8 inch crust. Chill slightly; put 1 can pie filling on top (minus some of the sauce). Chill well and serve. Double for 9 inch baked or 9 ounce prepared graham cracker crust.
