SCALLOPED HASH BROWNS 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. (4 c.) hash browns, thawed
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. butter

Blend all of the ingredients, then dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir once or twice while cooking.
