DATE PECAN PIE | |
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell 1 c. sour cream 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped dates 1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine sour cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Add dates and pecans. Blend. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted into middle comes out clean. |
