SAUSAGE PINWHEELS 
1 c. butter
4 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk

Combine preceding ingredients and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Combine:

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage

Working with 1/4 dough and 1/4 of the sausage at a time, roll dough rather thin. Spread with sausage and roll as for a jelly roll. Continue rolling until 4 rolls are completed. Place in freezer for 1 hour.

Slice rolls and return to freezer on cookie sheets until frozen. Package in freezer bags until ready to use. Or, slice rolls and bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes on cookie sheet. (If frozen, remove and let thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.) Yields 6 to 8 dozen.
