ZIPPY BRUNCH DISH 
3/4 c. picante sauce or salsa
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Sliced tomato

Pour picante sauce into bottom of greased 10 inch quiche or baking dish. Sprinkle cheeses over top. Blend eggs and sour cream until smooth. Pour egg mixture over all. Put thinly sliced tomato on top before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until tests done.
