RAMP DIP 
15 to 20 ramps (bottoms and tops), chopped up very fine
16 oz. Velveeta cheese (1/2 a 2 lb. block)
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 pint (2 cups) dairy sour cream
Ritz crackers or tortilla chips

Microwave Velveeta and cream cheese to melt, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in dairy sour cream and chopped up ramps. Refrigerate.

Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
