MINIATURE PECAN PIE 
DOUGH:

1 c. flour
3/4 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese

FILLING:

1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 egg

Mix all dough ingredients; roll into 24 marble size balls. Press dough into miniature muffin pan to form pie crust. Mix filling ingredients well. Spoon into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
