BANANA CREAM PIE 
Graham cracker pie crust
3-4 bananas
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
Coconut; optional

Graham cracker crust; slice banana layer in crust. Beat heavy whipping cream, 2 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/3 cup sugar until it is thick and you can cut it with a knife. Spoon on top of bananas. Sprinkle coconut on aluminum foil. Brown 8-10 minutes in broiler. Sprinkle on top (optional). CHILL 2 HOURS. It is better overnight if you have time.
