"GOOD FOR YOUR HEART" CHICKEN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 c. fresh mushrooms (canned okay)
4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Saute chicken, mushrooms, onions in teflon skillet. Use NO oil. Add 1/2 cup water after chicken cooks about 10 minutes. Simmer in water 20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. When chicken is done, pile onions and mushrooms on each chicken breast. Top with one slice of Mozzarella cheese. Cover until cheese melts. Serves 4.
