CONFETTI RICE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 c. cold cooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
2 c. frozen peas

Saute mushrooms in butter and remove. Saute onion; add mushrooms and rice. Add spices and peas. Toss well.
