1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello
9-10 c. popcorn

Combine syrup and sugar in pan and bring to a good boil. Remove from heat. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Shape into balls.
