FISSELL AMISH SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix first 6 ingredients together; beat well. Fold in flour, soda, cream of tartar. Refrigerate 45 minutes. Roll in balls the size of walnuts, flatten with fork on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
