POPPY SEED TORTE 
3 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. poppy seed
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. graham crackers
1/4 c. butter

Make graham cracker crust. Put into 9"x13" pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in 325 degree oven.

Cook milk, 1 cup sugar, poppy seed, cornstarch, flour, butter, egg yolks over medium heat until thick. Or cook in microwave on high. Stir frequently. Stir constantly if using a stove top method. Mix in vanilla when done cooking. Put into crust. Beat whites and sugar until stiff. Put over custard, sprinkle with some graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until nice and brown. Refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
