OATMEAL CHIP COOKIE 
3 1/3 c. flour (all purpose plain)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. butter
1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 2/3 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 1/3 c. oatmeal
1 2/3 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. coconut

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in eggs and dry ingredients. Stir in oats, vanilla, chips, nuts, and coconut. Shape into balls. Place in ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 12 minutes at 315 degrees or until light brown. Be sure to take up cookies from pan before the pan cools.
