EASY BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 small bananas, mashed (better if very ripe)
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine eggs, water, vanilla, butter and bananas. Mix thoroughly. Stir in cake mix. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Pour into a 10-inch greased and floured tube pan.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until golden.

If small loaf pans or cupcake pans are used, the cooking time will be less.
