STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 egg whites
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. sliced strawberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can Milnot

May use 10 oz. frozen berries, thawed. Reduce sugar to 2/3 cup.

Mix flour, brown sugar, walnuts and butter; bake in a shallow pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; stir occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 of crumbs into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, and allow to cool. Combine egg whites, granulated sugar, berries and lemon juice. Beat at high speed for about 10 minutes. Whip Milnot. Fold into berry mixture. Spoon over crumb crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours.
