BEEF & MACARONI CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
4 c. cooked macaroni
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic, minced or 1 clove

Cook onions in butter and garlic until soft. Cook ground beef until brown; drain. Add to onions. Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, and place in buttered casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
