3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together. Put in casserole bowl.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. pecans
1 stick melted butter

Blend topping mixture together. Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for awhile until crunchy and brown.

This makes a very good pie. Pour into crust, put topping on and bake like pie.
