RICE-BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 onion, diced
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Saute onion in butter. Combine with remaining ingredients in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
