MY BEST TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
12 oz. pkg, med. width egg noodles

Combine: 1/2-3/4 can water 1 sm. onion, diced thin 2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna Salt & pepper

Stir. Cook noodles, don't over cook. Combine above ingredients with noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Green peas can be added, a must for me. It also can be topped with bread crumbs. This is much better on second day.
