BEST CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, deboned
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream or 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
20-25 Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cut chicken into small pieces. Mix soup and sour cream or cream cheese together. Add chicken. Place in greased casserole dish. Combine crackers and butter. Top chicken mixture with crushed crackers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
